Why is my payment delayed?

If your payment is processed through a low-fee chain, the confirmation would take longer.

• If we haven’t received your payment within one hour after the order was created, the order will be "cancelled".
• If Coinbase cannot confirm your payment due to your delayed payment, your order status will indicate "Failed".
