I already made the payment, why is my order status shown as Failed/Cancelled?

Cancelled: Once the order is created and we haven’t received your payment within ONE hour, your order will be cancelled automatically. Please DO NOT make a second payment to a cancelled order.

Failed: The delayed/short of payment will lead to failed payment

The delayed payment will be confirmed within 72 hours.

You will receive an e-mail with replenishment link from Goldshell Staff.
