My HW error is so high/higher than 5%, what should I do?

If you have never encountered high hardware error with this miner before, please check your firmware version. If version is not the latest, please update it. This link would help https://www.goldshell.com/upgrade-firmware/.
In case the firmware was upgraded and the high hardware error appears, please downgrade it back to the original version.
You can switch another power supply if you have one to test.
