Method 1:
You just to need to click https://goldshellhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us or https://goldshellhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=8017416782745 , then click “Sign in” to enter your email address and password. Lastly, click your avatar to pop-down. Then, you can check all of your requests!
Notes:
- If you haven’t registered your email address before, you need to go to https://www.goldshell.com/, click the avatar to register first.
- Make sure the email address your login (register) is the same as the one you submit the request.
Method 2:
You can access the chat bot interface by clicking on the icon located in the top right corner of the support homepage on your mobile device.
You can enter "Check my ticket" to check your tickets status and all your ticket lists by entering your email.
