Option 1(Recommended):
Click this link to sign in, using the email address and password you used when submitting the ticket. After logging in, click your profile icon, then select "Requests" — you'll see all your submitted tickets. Click on any ticket to view more details, including the conversation history.
If you have only submitted tickets but have not registered an account yet, please follow these steps to register:
1. Go to the Help Center homepage and click “Sign in” in the top right corner.
2. On the next page, click “Register”, then set a username and enter your email address.
3. After clicking “Register”, you will receive an email with a link to set your password.
4. Once the password is set, you can return to the Help Center homepage and log in to your account.
5. After logging in, click your profile icon, then select "Requests" — you'll see all your submitted tickets. Click on any ticket to view more details, including the conversation history.
Option 2:
You can access the chat bot interface to check your tickets by entering "Profile“ and clicking on the icon located in the top right corner on your mobile device.
Or You can click on the web widget located in the bottom right corner of our official help center to access the chat bot inerface and check your tickets.
Then enter "Check my ticket" to check your tickets status and all your ticket lists by entering your email.
