If your issue is that the uGAPP displays "offline," explorer.helium.com displays "inactive," and the indicator light is green. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Check the power port and network connection.
- Consider changing the network.
- Reset the device.
- Go to the Bluetooth function in your phone's settings, delete, ignore, or unpair the connected ugw device, then put the ugw back into Bluetooth pairing mode and attempt to pair again.
- If the device still cannot connect and the indicator light is green, then the device may be malfunctioning and require repair. CONTACT after-sale team.
