When your miner encounters the issue mentioned in the title, you can access the miner’s debug (log) page, navigate to the 'MONITOR', and use the data provided there to identify and resolve the issue on your own.
1. Local Network Issue
[2007-01-04 08:51:44] [Xminerd] Mining pool URL: Connection timed out
[2007-01-04 08:51:49] [Xminerd] Couldn't resolve host "www.baidu.com"
[2007-01-04 08:51:49] [Xminerd] Couldn't resolve host "www.google.com"
This issue is related to your local network, not the device itself. The miner is functioning normally, and the network problem needs to be resolved on your side.
2. Network Cannot Access the Mining Pool
[2022-05-17 10:59:36] [Xminerd] Mining pool URL: Connection timed out
[2022-05-17 10:59:36] www.baidu.com [110.242.68.3] 80 (www) open
The miner is unable to reach the mining pool. Please check if the pool address is correct, the port is open, and your network allows mining traffic.
3. Unsupported Mining Pool
The issue may be caused by using a mining pool that is not currently supported. We officially recommend connecting to Dxpool or F2pool. Other mining pools may not be supported at the moment. For more details, please contact our after-sales support.
4. Miner dashboard Alternates Between “0 Hashrate” and “Cannot Connect to Pool”
If the miner dashboard keeps switching between “0 hashrate” and “cannot connect to pool,” please record a video of the dashboard showing the issue and contact after-sales support for further assistance.
