BOX Ⅱ Instruction for Removing and Installing the Control Board

Note:

1. Disassembling the miner without permission of after-sales staff will void your warranty (check my warranty). Check our after-sales terms to learn more.

2. Ensure that the installation is done correctly before restarting the miner.

3. Incorrect installation may void your warranty.

1. Removing the Main Control Board

1.1 Remove the screw in the center of the miner's hash board (as shown in Figure 1).

1.2 Remove the screws on the fan surface, pay attention to only remove the outer six screws (as shown in Figure 2).

1.3 After removing the six screws on the fan surface, gently remove the hash board and fan (as shown in Figure 3). Do not pull the fan hard, otherwise it will damage the fan connection line.

1.4 Remove the two screws marked in Figure 4.

1.5 Gently lift the main control board upwards (as shown in Figure 5).

2. Installing the Main Control Board

2.1 Pay attention to align the holes of the control board interface with the pins on the hash board, after pressing the main control board firmly, check if the screw holes are aligned (as shown in Figure 6).

2.2 Install the two screws on the main control board (as shown in Figure 7).

2.3 Install the hash board according to Figure 8, pay attention to the alignment of the hash board and the groove.

2.4 Install the six screws on the fan surface and one screw on the hash board surface, the main control board is now installed (as shown in Figure 9).
