ECHO Series Instructions for Removing and Installing the Fan

Note:

1. Disassembling the miner without permission of after-sales staff will void your warranty (check my warranty). Check our after-sales terms to learn more.

2. Ensure that the installation is done correctly before restarting the miner.

3. Incorrect installation may void your warranty.

Disassembling the Fan

1. Remove these screws around the upper plate (as shown in Figure 1,2 and 3).

2. Slowly open the upper plate (as shown in Figure 4)

3. The positions of fan#1, fan#2, fan#3 and fan#4 are shown below.

If the Fan #1 or Fan #2 is broken:

4. Remove the left 3 screws and the corresponding 4 screws on the fan (as shown in Figure 6).

5. Remove the screws on the left and right side panels that secure the power switch plate (as shown in Figure 7 and 8).

6. Remove the power switch plate, then unplug the row line(s) of the fan(s) (as shown in Figure 9 and 10).

7. Remove the fan(s) (as shown in Figure 11).

If Fan #3 or Fan#4 is broken:

8. Remove the 3 screws of the power switch plate, as well as the four screws on the left and right side panels that secure the power switch plate (as shown in figure 12, 13 and 14)

9. Remove the four screws from the copper strip connecting the PSU to the hashboards (as shown in Figure 15).

10. Remove the six screws connecting the hashboards to the base plate, then slowly pull out the hashboards (as shown in Figure 16 and 17).

11. Remove the corresponding 4 screws connecting the hashboards to the fan(s) (as shown in Figure 18).

12. Remove the fans (as shown in Figure 19).

Install the Fan

Install fans #3 or #4

1 Align the screw holes on the hashboards with the screw holes on the fans. Secure all the screws (as shown in Figure 20) Please pay attention to the installation direction of the fans (as shown in Figure 21)

2. Align the screw holes on the hashboards with the screw holes on the base plate and the cooper strip. Secure all the screws (as shown in Figure 22, 23 and 24).

Install fans #1 or #2

3. Align the screw holes on the power switch plate with the screw holes on the fan. Secure all the screws (as shown in Figure 21). Please pay attention to the installation direction of the fans (as shown in Figure 22)

4. Plug in all the row lines (as shown in Figure 23).

5. Put the power switch plate and the upper plate back then secure all the screws (as shown in Figure 24 and 25).

Make sure all screws are tightened securely!
