If you choose Option 1 in the Goldshell Zone Tutorial to connect your miner, and encounter the login failure, please check the following:
The miner only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.
Avoid using overly long passwords.
Avoid special characters in the WiFi name (SSID) or password.
Make sure your WiFi meets the requirements. This should resolve the issue.
If you choose Option 2 in the Goldshell Zone Tutorial to connect your miner, and encounter the login failure, please reset your miner password to the default "123456789" or enter your miner password to Goldshell Zone >> account setting >> miner password
Make sure the password in miner dashboard and Goldshell Zone >> account settings >> miner password are consistent. This should resolve the issue.
