To improve platform security and reduce spam requests, our support system has recently implemented an update to the ticket submission process.
Starting from March 9, 2026, if you submit a support request through the Help Center without logging in, you will be required to verify your email address before your ticket is processed.
After submitting a request, you will receive a verification email. Please click the verification link in the email to confirm your request. Once verified, your ticket will be successfully created and enter our support queue.
If the email verification is not completed, the request may remain pending and our support team will not be able to process it.
To ensure your request is handled smoothly, we recommend:
Logging into your account before submitting a ticket, or
Checking your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email and completing the verification promptly.
