How do I check my logistics information?

Check Goldshell Order Status

1. Through the website bot

Click goldshellminer (zendesk.com) and click on the web widget on the bottom right corner of this page.

Then select "Shipping", choose "Goldshell order status", enter your order number, for example, enter 89610 (without any characters, just numbers) to check your tracking number. 

2. Through Goldshell Zone

Click Support and click on the Right upper corner icon.

Then select "Shipping", choose "Goldshell order status", enter your order number, for example, enter 89610 (without any characters, just numbers) to check your tracking number. 

Check After-sales tracking

1. Through the website bot

Then select "Shipping", choose "After-sales tracking", enter your ticket ID, for example, enter 89610 (without any characters, just numbers) to check your tracking number.
