How do I check my logistics information?

Check Goldshell Order Status

1. Through the website bot

Click goldshellminer (zendesk.com) and click on the web widget on the bottom right corner of this page.

Then select "Shipping", choose "Goldshell order status", enter your order number, for example, enter 89610 (without any characters, just numbers) to check your tracking number. 

2. Through Goldshell Zone

a. Enter "Profile" and click on the Right upper corner icon.

Open a new conversation, then select "Shipping", choose "Goldshell order status", enter your order number, for example, enter 89610 (without any characters, just numbers) to check your tracking number. 

b. Click the icon in the upper-right corner of the APP Home page, then you can check your order status in "Personal Notice".

           

After-sales Package tracking
