The Goldshell Zone App is an official mobile application by Goldshell designed to help users easily manage and monitor their miners. It offers features like real-time device monitoring, crypto price alerts, miner fault notifications, new product updates, online purchasing, customer support access, and message management. Available for both iOS and Android, the app provides a convenient, all-in-one platform for a smoother mining experience.

How to add miners to Goldshell Zone?

If your miner supports WIFI and hasn't been connected to the internet, you can directly add it to the APP via a wireless connection.

Power on the miner, and open the Goldshell Zone APP, follow these steps.

And you will see two instruction images guiding you to first reset the miner (See How to reset the miner）, and then connect your phone to the miner's hotspot. The hotspot's name starts with Goldshell.

After connecting to the miner's hotspot, go back to the APP, click "confirm", then select your local WIFI for your miner, enter the WIFI password, click "Next".

Note: If you enter wrong password, you will need to reset the miner and connect the hotspot again.

After connecting to WIFI, the miner's hotspot will disappear. Remember to reconnect your phone to your WIFI network or turn on mobile data.

Once you return to the app, this page will appear, indicating that your miner is successfully connected. You can click "confirm" and proceed to add a mining pool and start mining.

If your miner is already connected to a network and is on the same network as your phone, you can follow the instructions below to add it to the APP.

Enter Add Device page, and select the miner then Click to Add.

Explore the Home page

On the home page, there's an overview of your expected profit and miner status and the crypto market.

Miner list

Enter Miner list, you could see that miners would be categorized into online miner, offline miner, and fault miner. The name, average hashrate, uptime and offline duration are shown in Miner List.

Message

Click the envelop to enter message page, where you can see notifications regarding miners, promos, orders and price alert.

Crypto Market

Check out the latest crypto price here! Also, star your favourite coins and set up a price alert.

Manage the Device

For specific miner's data, click the miner you would like to see, then you would get into miner dashboard, in which you could see all the data, parameters and some actions that could be taken onto it.

For explanations of terms such as 'average hashrate', please refer to the User guides.

Explanations of Actions:

Pool Address-connect or switch to pre-set mining pool.

Group-assign miners to different groups.

Mining strategy-apply your scheduled power mode settings.

Power mode-switch the power mode.

Upgrade-upgrade the miner firmware.

NOTE: Online miners cannot be deleted.

If an unauthorized miner is added to your account, first attempt to access its IP address. If accessible, disable cloud control on the device; otherwise, wait for it to go offline.

Note: If the miner dashboard unlock password is not the default "123456789", you must enter the correct password here, otherwise the connection will fail.
