The Goldshell Zone App is an official mobile application by Goldshell designed to help users easily manage and monitor their miners.

It offers features like real-time device monitoring, crypto price alerts, miner fault notifications, new product updates, online purchasing, customer support access, and message management.

Available for both iOS and Android, the app provides a convenient, all-in-one platform for a smoother mining experience.

How to add miners to Goldshell Zone

Option 1: Manual Connection

Applicable to WiFi-supported models, such as the BOX series, ECHO series, and BYTE.

Power on the miner, and open the Goldshell Zone APP, follow these steps.

And then you will see an instruction image guiding you to first reset the miner (See How to reset the miner）, select your WIFI, and then connect your phone to the miner's hotspot.

Click "Next".

Step 1: Reset your miner.

Step 2: Select your WIFI.

Note:

The miner only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.
Avoid using overly long passwords.
Avoid special characters in the WiFi name (SSID) or password.

Step 3: Connect the miner's hotspot.

The hotspot's name starts with Goldshell.

After your phone successfully connects to the miner’s hotspot, return to the APP and click “Next.”
(If the connection is not successful, the “Next” button will remain unavailable.)

Click "Connect", and the connecting process begins.

When you see "Successfully Setup", it means the miner has been successfully add to the APP. You can click "confirm" and proceed to add a mining pool and start mining.

Option 2: Auto Scanning

If your miner is already connected to a network and is on the same network as your phone, you can follow the instructions below to add it to the APP.

Click "Add miner".

Then select the miner.

When you see "Successfully Setup", it means the miner has been successfully add to the APP. You can click "confirm" and proceed to add a mining pool and start mining.

Option 3: By adding key

If your miner is already connected to a network and is on the same network as your phone, you can follow the instructions below to add it to the APP.

1. Enter find.goldshell.com, click the corresponding icon in the settings column to gain access to the miner dashboard. Ensure that your miner and your device (your phone or computer) are connected to the same network and frequency band.

2. Unlock your miner and enter "System", enable Cloud Control.

Then copy your Goldshell Key from Goldshell Zone and paste it to Cloud Control settings, and your miner will be successfully added.

How to find the "Key"?

Please note that when adding a miner manually, if your miner dashboard unlock password is not the default 123456789, you need to enter your new password in Account Setting > Miner Password.

Explore the Home page

On the home page, there's an overview of your miner status and the crypto market.

Miner Status

In the Miner Status section, you can see your current mining performance at a glance.

Current profit shows your estimated earnings for the day.
Workers online indicates how many miners are currently active.

Below that, you can also check the hashrate and the daily profit for different cryptocurrencies.

Click the icon in the upper-right corner to view your message notifications.
You can check warnings for your running miners, as well as personal and public notices.

On the notifications page, you can also click the upper-right corner to adjust your notification settings.

Crypto Market

Check out the latest crypto price here! Also, star your favourite coins and set up a price alert.

Click the upper-right corner to check all your price alerts.

Manage the Device

Here, you can choose your way to add the miner, check specific miner statistic, check your operation log, and your account setting.

For specific miner's statistic, click the miner you would like to see, then you would get into miner dashboard, in which you could see the miner statistic and manage the miner.

For explanations of terms such as 'average hashrate', please refer to the User guides.

In miner management, you can enable LED lights blinking to find your miner, choose the miner hashrate mode, select and edit the pool template, group, and mining strategy. You can also update, transfer, reset, restart, or remove the device (note: only offline devices can be removed).

How to add a pool template

Click Pool Template, select the corresponding coin, and then click Add.

2. Name the template.

3. Set the pool. Click Recommended to choose the mining pool you want to use.
The Miner Name must be filled in according to the mining pool’s official instructions.
It is usually your pool account name or your wallet address.

If it is not filled in correctly, the miner will fail to connect to the pool.

Mining strategy

At the scheduled time, the miner will switch to the designated power mode.

Note: Please make sure that the miner supports all the power modes you set.

Account Setting

You can find your account key here and enter the miner dashboard unlock password for the miner you want to connect.
Note: If the miner dashboard unlock password is not the default "123456789", you must enter the correct password here, otherwise the connection will fail.
