Why is my payment delayed?

If your payment is processed through the chain you choose or Goldshell Commerce delays processing your payment, the confirmation will take longer.

• If we haven’t received your payment within one hour after the order was created, the order will be "Cancelled".

• If Goldshell Commerce cannot confirm your payment due to your delayed payment, your order status will indicate "Failed".

You can also click Submit a request. Filled out the information listed to submit a ticket. Goldshell staff will confirm the payment manually.
