Contact information must be correct, and can reach the customer first time.

The customer needs to pay the tax, do customs clearance, and contact local carriers on their own.

The customer has to be responsible for returning/destroying the product if the clearance fails.

We don’t support cancel/refund/return once your order is in 'Processing' or 'Shipped' status since the market is changeable.

Before placing an order, you need to create an account with Goldshell. Click the Account Icon and 'Register'/'Login' to the user account.

Confirmed everything you need and add to shopping cart (Some products may request a limit unit per customer)

Click the cart icon and go to cart overview. Then click 'Proceed to check out'.

Sometimes you can see the event product listed on this page. Click add in cart to have a special discount.

If you have a coupon code, you also need to fill in the coupon code blank to access the discount.

Fill in both Billing and Shipping information. NOTE: Due to the limitation with the international shipment, please do not use the PO BOX address.
The correct phone number and email are needed for receiving information like clearance. Information cannot be changed once you place the order.

The declared price per unit can be filled by you, but if the price is rejected by the logistics, we have the right to change it to the original price.

You can also select preferred shipping, but we have the right to change the provider because of the time spent and warehouse ability.

Please leave the TAX ID (Exp. VAT or EORI) if it is necessary information for your country to shorten the processing time cost.

Click 'Proceed to payment' and choose which cryptocurrencies you want to pay.
NOTE: Please make sure the correct chain of payments is required or will cause financial loss.

Send the crypto to the following address and pay for your order. You can send the payment by scanning the provided QR code or using WalletConnect.

Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email sent from Goldshell, invoice will be generated with the order ID as an attachment.

You can check the order in “Account” and the order status will update to 'Processing'.
'Processing' means we have confirmed your order. We will arrange the shipment on the plan.

Once the tracking number is updated, you can see the order status changed to 'Shipped'. If you want detailed information, you can click on view to catch up more information.
NOTE: A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the package is tendered to DHL/FedEx/UPS, normally customers will receive confirmation in a few days. The estimated delivery time to reach customers will be 5-10 working days if there are no delays at customs.
