ECHO Series Instructions for Removing and Installing the Hashboard

Note:

1. Disassembling the miner without permission of after-sales staff will void your warranty (check my warranty). Check our after-sales terms to learn more.

2. Ensure that the installation is done correctly before restarting the miner.

3. Incorrect installation may void your warranty.

Before we open the miner, please make sure which is hashboard#1.

1.Disassembling the Hashboard

1. 1 Remove these screws around the upper plate (as shown in Figure 1,2 and 3).

1. 2 Slowly open the upper plate. (as shown in Figure 4).

1. 3 Unplug all the row lines (as shown in Figure 5).

1. 4 Remove the three screws of power switch surface (as shown in Figure 6).

1. 5 Remove the screws on the left and right side panels that secure the power switch plate (as shown in Figure 7 and 8).

1. 6 Remove the four screws from the copper strip connecting the PSU to the hashboards (as shown in Figure 9).

1. 7 Remove the six screws connecting the hashboards to the base plate, then slowly pull out the hashboards (as shown in Figure 10 and 11).

1. 8 Unplug the row lines and remove the four screws connecting the copper strip to the hashboards (as shown in Figure 12).

1. 9 Remove the screws from the fastener on the hashboards of the top and bottom panels(as shown in Figure 13 and 14).

1. 10 Slowly pull out the hashboard (as shown in Figure 15 and 16).

2. Install the Hashboard

2.1 Align the groove and put the hashboard back in place (as shown in Figure 17).

2.2 Align the screw holes on the hashboard with the screw holes on fastener. Secure all the screws (as shown in Figure 18 and 19).

2.3 Align the screw holes on the hashboard with the screw holes on cooper strip. Secure all the screws then plug the row lines (as shown in Figure 20 and 21).

2.4 Align the screw holes on the hashboards with the screw holes on the base plate. Secure all the screws (as shown in Figure 22 and 23).

2.5 Plug in all the row lines (as shown in Figure 24).

2.6 Put the power switch plate and the upper plate back then secure all the screws (as shown in Figure 25 and 26).

Make sure all screws are tightened securely!
