The normal operating decibel level of the miner can be found in the "Miner Information" section of the Help Center.
If you suspect abnormal noise during operation, we recommend checking the miner's debug (log) page and reviewing the data on the “fanctrl”. How to enter debug website and obtain the logs?
1. Temperature Information
-
The values in "Temperature" indicate the readings from the temperature sensors on each hash board.
For BOX series miners, each hash board is equipped with two temperature sensors.
For other models, each board typically has one temperature sensor. -
In the "reason":
-
"t"
indicates the highest temperature detected on the board. -
"acc"
shows the temperature change compared to the previous reading. -
"target_temp"
refers to the target temperature.
-
If one of the temperature sensors reports overheating, the fans may run at full speed to cool down the system, resulting in louder noise. This could also indicate a potential issue with the hash board.
2. Physical Inspection
Check whether the fan is being obstructed by any foreign objects.
If there's any blockage or abnormal resistance, and a fan replacement is needed, please contact after-sales support before proceeding.
